readHeaders

 int maxHeadersSize,
 boolean validate)

Read headers from the provided reader.

Parameters:

reader - reader to pull data from

maxHeadersSize - maximal size of all headers, in bytes

validate - whether to validate headers

Returns:

a new mutable headers instance containing all headers parsed from reader
